We have split our business into four main departments to maximise our service levels. This enables us to run a simple, efficient management structure. For more detailed information about specific roles and how they fit into our successful company we have included some examples.

Service Department

Our largest and most diverse department, Service concentrates on our customers. The team excels at everything from after-sales support and maintaining strong relationships to assembly and relocation of equipment and diagnostic and general maintenance.

Customer Support Manager
Provide excellent after sales support to mining customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our product and service support. Achieve increased service and parts sales share within our customer base to assist with department targets.

Field Service Supervisor
Plan, organise and control field operations to meet customer requirements and achieve department budgets. Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards for the well being of employees.

Administration Department

Strong Administration is a necessity in any large, complex organisation. Our administration teams work alongside all of our departments, handling our systems and processes to ensure we remain at the top of the market.

Administration Manager
Manage the branch administration functions through the application or appropriate systems, processes and communication.

Receptionist
Ensure that all the branch administration functions are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.

Parts Department

The Parts department prides itself on speedy service and its supportive reputation. The ongoing efforts and professionalism of this department makes it easier for our Sales and Service departments, because our reputation always precedes us.

Store Person
Provision of parts to external and internal customers in a courteous and professional manner. Identify opportunities to maximise sales and service to our customer base.

Parts Manager
Plan, organise, lead and control parts operations to meet customer requirements, whilst maintaining parts sales and profit budgets and expense control. Maintain good housekeeping and safety standards for the well being of customers.

Sales Department

Built and improving on the fundamentals of all sales departments, ours enjoys one important difference – the knowledge that our products are the best in the market. We also treat our Sales staff with respect, every effort and innovation earns recognition and reward.

Sales Cadet
Provide support to the sales team while developing your skills to become a Sales Representative.

Sales Manager
Develop new and existing customers through the management of the branch sales team.
