The Recruitment Process

We strive to find the right person for every job, every time. It’s a continuation of our impressive work environment – each member of our organisation is secure in the knowledge that everyone around them has been selected on merit and is working toward the same goals. Our biggest advantage is that when our team’s reputation combines with our product’s reputation we attract the best candidates.

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • Internal and external advertising
  • Receipt of candidates, usually lasting two weeks
  • Shortlist made
  • Short phone interview and invite to formal interviewing
  • Interview with Manager and a HCA Representative
  • Reference check
  • Offer made to successful candidate
  • Unsuccessful candidates are notified

Every person interested in joining HCA is treated with the same respect of current staff, by way of offering direct points of contact on all vacancies so any queries are answered personally.
